Refunds & Store Credit

  • Prepaid Orders: After the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders are issued as Store Credit (valid for 3 months) or cash refunds will be processed only for approved and eligible returns that strictly meet our return conditions and successfully pass internal quality inspection. Cash refunds will be credited via NEFT to the bank account matching the original order details.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a different design or colour, we will ship the replacement once the original item is received and verified. The replacement will be delivered in 7–10 business working days.

Important Notes on "Defects"

  • Handcrafted Variations: Since our jewellery pieces are handcrafted, slight irregularities in finishing, stone setting, or texture are marks of authenticity and are not considered defects.
  • Colour Discrepancy: A 10–15% variation in colour may occur due to digital photography and screen settings. Returns based solely on minor colour shade differences are not accepted.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Please refer to our return process in such cases.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at visitchaarusheela.@gmail.comcom with your order details.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at visitchaarusheela@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or made-to-order jewellery pieces.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or wear and tear.
  • Items returned without prior approval from our team.
