Shipping & Handling
We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our temple, Beads and bridal jewellery. To ensure your pieces arrive in pristine condition, every order undergoes a rigorous quality check and packaging process.
- Order Processing: Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Packaging Excellence: Each jewellery piece is individually wrapped in honeycomb wrap and placed in a rigid, tamper-proof jewellery box. We use a double-boxing method for high-value items to provide maximum shock absorption during transit.
Delivery Timelines
We partner with leading courier services to ensure reliable delivery across India.
- Metros: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders for jewellery above ₹1,500.
- For jewellery orders below ₹1,500, a flat fee of ₹100–₹150 applies.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional handling fee of ₹150 may apply.
- Prepaid Discount: An instant 10% discount is automatically applied at checkout on all prepaid orders (UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets, EMI) with a minimum order value of ₹500. Maximum discount applicable is ₹5,000 per order. This offer is not valid on COD orders.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Live Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp notification with a unique AWB (Airway Bill) number and a tracking link.
- Delivery Attempts: Our partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping may incur additional costs.
- Damages in Transit: We provide fully insured shipping for all jewellery. If you receive a tampered or damaged package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof for any damage claims.
