Returns And Policies


At Chaarusheela, we strive to ensure every jewellery piece reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and invoices intact.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: A 360-degree continuous unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return, exchange, missing item, or damage issue. The video must begin from the sealed package and clearly show the shipping label.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Jewellery: Due to hygiene standards, earrings and certain jewellery items are non-returnable unless received in damaged condition (verified through unboxing video).

Customized Orders: Personalized or customized jewellery pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or using special discount codes are non-returnable

.3. Return & Exchange Process

Initiate Request: Email us at care@chaarusheela.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7993117319 with your Order ID, issue details, images, and mandatory unboxing video.

Approval: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours. Once approved, return/exchange instructions will be shared.

Pickup / Self-Ship:

Return: Approved products must be shipped back within 5 days in original packaging through a reliable courier service. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Self-Ship: If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you must self-ship the parcel using a trackable courier service.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the order type.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear unboxing video

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
